Something new from my kitchen, my favorite breakfast – ACAI BOWL 🙂

frozen bananas

frozen strawberries

dairy free milk (almond milk)

vegan proteins

ACAI powder

goji berries

coconut flakes

chia seeds

homemade granola

First pick your favorite fruits for base. Today I’m using frozen bananas and strawberries. But you can also use frozen mango or mix berries.

After the fruits add 2 spoons ACAI powder. For athletes you can add protein for extra energy.

Today I’m using coconut milk , but you can use any milk you like . I also use sometimes almond milk!

Now it’s time to blend it all together.

It’s very important that fruits are frozen to have a good texture.

After blending put it in the bowl and decorate it with whatever you like. I usually use chia, homemade granola, goji berries, coconut flakes, peanut or almond butter…
