DONNA'S SMALL BUT BIG COMPANIONS IN HER TENNIS AND LIFE CAREER ARE DOGS, AND THIS IS "MALI"...
As a small brown puffy poodle, Mali got his name exactly because he was small (“mali” is a Croatian word for small) when Donna got him in April 2021. Since then, he has become her constant travel companion.
He also has his own accreditation as a participant in the WTA tournaments.
He is an extremely intelligent and active dog, he likes a lot of attention, but he gives it even more.
He is Donna's great support and certitude, and he calms her down.
AND THIS IS HICK.
Hick, short for Hickory, is Donna's first dog and first love. He entered Donna's life 16 years ago, at a time when her tennis career was full of explosiveness and temperament. As it befits the character of a Jack Russell terrier who is a very lively, playful and very active dog, a bit stubborn and strong-willed... in a way he characterized that chapter of Donna's career.
Today, Hickory enjoys a peaceful pace of life with Donna's family in Osijek.

WORK HARD, PLAY HARD.
Donna enjoys her job as a professional top tennis player as much as she enjoys life. "Off court" gatherings or "players party" events under the tournament’s organization form a balanced lifestyle that Donna enjoys, and is an integral part of her tennis, sports and personal career.
As part of the tournament season which lasts up to 11 months a year, and with hard work, preparation and training, achieving a good balance between business and private life leads to professional growth, increased productivity and focus, as well reduced stress.
LIFE IS A COMBINATION OF FOREHANDS AND BACKHANDS.
Balance is important in life. Whether you're hitting or taking a hit - after each defeat, reset yourself and start over; after each victory, reward yourself and move on. Therefore, every effort should be relaxed, every injury should be healed, and every stress should be released. Donna likes to charge her batteries with sunrises and sunsets which, she says, she is totally addicted to.
As being a great lover of nature, she is fascinated by the scenes that nature provides and which really intoxicate her, because they tell us to slow down, enjoy, reward ourselves or heal!
She likes to spend her well-deserved vacation on sunny sea beaches all over the world, primarily on the Croatian coast, as well as on the Maldives and the Cote d'Azur.
ELEGANCE IS THE ONLY BEAUTY THAT NEVER FADES.
Donna's love for high fashion, aesthetics and elegant accessories is part of her personality.
She likes natural and simple, unencumbered, considering that she spends a large part of her time in sports, which means in the sport clothes. However, as soon as she gets a chance to go out, Donna likes to wear nice outfits.
Her favourite designer is Aleksandra Dojčinović whose creations she likes to wear, and who helps her with style advises and choosing clothes.
